Spent a glorious day in the V&A, looking at the hot, warm and stained glass galleries, enamelling and jewellery. It was delicious to lose myself in an appreciation of skill and materials. I even bought a beautiful bracelet and then rushed across London to the dance shop Freed to buy new tango shoes, buying both to celebrate that the thesis is almost finished!
Also visited the Alex Katz show at the Serpentine gallery which I found much more visually exciting than I anticipated.
