Went and danced the sun up at Caswell Bay as part of the Re-enchantment Project. A collection of women, connected by somehow having received the invitation, gathered adorned in black and we danced on the beach for 43 mins and 10 secs to Patti Smith’s Horses on our ipods. A glorious way to welcome in the Spring and then Fern brewed tea and we ate flapjacks. I gave my blue scarf away to the two women who found my mobile, that had leapt from my pocket unnoticed by me as I spun and ran and let the joy of being barefoot on the sand fill my being. It is a timely reminder that rituals kept simple can be incredibly powerful.
